Now 19, Viktor Thor Jensen at the age of 16 was the youngest ever winner and Formula Palmer Audi podium finisher since the series’ inception in 1998.
Viktor, graduated from the BMW Motorsport scholarship programme in Valencia in 2003. Team boss and circuit owner Jonathan Palmer spotted his talent on a test track in a Formula Palmer Audi car and offered him a great deal to take part in the televised Formula Palmer Audi Championship (FPA). This Championship has, in the past, been a launching pad for drivers to move to Formula 3, Formula 3000 and Formula 1. Racing in the FPA Championship has meant that he has competed on some of Europe’s top tracks like Spa, Silverstone, Monza, Mugello, Dijon, Nurburgring, and Brands Hatch. Along the way he has set new lap records for FPA at Snetterton and the Bedford Autodrome.
In February 2007, signed to Team ADR (Alan Docking Racing) for 22 race F3 Championship.
